| 1. How to Play |

This monthly competition starts on Thursday 19 July 2010 and ends on 30 September 2010 |
| 1.2 |
To qualify as an entrant into this monthly competition you must:
| 1.2.1 |
be a South African citizen or permanent resident of South Africa; |
| 1.2.2 |
you must be 18 (eighteen) years and older; |
| 1.2.3 |
hold a valid identity document; |
| 1.2.4 |
log onto the Promoter's savings account website ("the Website"), found at www.steers.co.za |

2. Prizes |
| 2.1 |
2.1 There are 20 (twenty) Steers vouchers to the value of R500 (Five hundred rand each) |
3. General |
| 3.1 |
The Promoter of this monthly competition is Steers ("the Promoter"). |
| 3.2 |
The Promoter, its directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants and their spouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, business partners or associates are not eligible to participate in or enter this monthly competition. |
| 3.3 |
All information relating to this monthly competition and published on the Promoter's website or any promotional or advertising material forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. |
| 3.4 |
No entry will be considered to be valid until a validation process has taken place. |
| 3.5 |
The prizes will only be awarded to the monthly prize winners upon valid and satisfactory proof of identification. |
| 3.6 |
The weekly prize winners shall be chosen by a panel of judges on the last Thursday of every week, with the first date being on Thursday 29 July 2010; and for every week thereafter for the next 10 (ten) consecutive weeks. |
| 3.7 |
The monthly prize winners shall be chosen at the premises of the Promoter, situated at Steers address. Each monthly prize winner will be contacted only telephonically by the Promoter on the day of the relevant selection process and his/her names will be published on the Website. |
| 3.8 |
Should the Promoter be unable to contact any monthly prize winner after 2 (two) attempts, the prize shall be subject to a separate selection process and shall be allocated to this monthly competition. |
| 3.9 |
The prize will not be changed for any other prize other than the prize offered in terms of clause 2 above. |
| 3.10 |
In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Promoter will be final and binding on all aspects of this monthly competition and no correspondence will be entered into. |
| 3.11 |
The Promoter reserves the right to review, reduce where necessary, and change the content, names of places, people and dates referred to in your Tip at its discretion, before the Tip is uploaded on the Website. |
| 3.12 |
All entrants acknowledge and agree that all copyright in their Tip, which includes but is not limited to any changes, will vest in the Promoter at no cost to the Promoter and all entrants will have no claim to their submissions whatsoever. |
| 3.13 |
All entrants, hereby assign to the Promoter the copyright in their Tip and will execute any documents (if required) to give effect to such assignment. |
| 3.14 |
All entrants warrant that their Tip is their own original work and that their work does not infringe on the copyright of any third party/ies. |
| 3.15 |
All entrants indemnify the Promoter against any claims brought by a third party/ies arising from an infringement of the copyright of any third party/ies. |
| 3.16 |
The Promoter, its directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, suppliers, contractors and sponsors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from an entrant's participation in this monthly competition or for any loss or damage, howsoever arising. |
| 3.17 |
The Promoter will be entitled to publish the monthly prize winners' names and photographs in any advertising, promotional, print, point of sale or public relations material, the nature and manner of such releases to be determined within the sole discretion of the Promoter, for a period of 12 (twelve) months from the date of the relevant selection process provided that each monthly prize winner consents in writing to such usage, after having being publicly announced as the monthly prize winner of this monthly competition. |

All entrants, by entering this monthly competition, agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. |
